Linda Criddle is the president of LOOKBOTHWAYS Online Safety Consulting. Her credentials include 13 years with Microsoft where for the last several years she was the child and personal Internet safety expert for MSN. She is the co-author of the award winning book Look Both Ways: Help Protect Your Family on the Internet from Microsoft Press, and has numerous patents in the areas of emerging technology and online safety. Criddle's passion for consumer safety drives her focus on building Internet safety information & tools for families, youth and educators. Criddle also provides consulting for organizations such as the House of Lords in England, several State Attorneys General, international law enforcement agencies, and leading technology companies. Nancy Muir is the co-author of Look Both Ways: Help Protect Your Family on the Internet. She has authored more than 50 books on technology topics, including Distance Learning for Dummies and The 10 Minute Guide to Motivating People. Muir has also written or contributed to reading comprehension and project management textbooks, in addition to books for middle-schoolers on topics ranging from career planning to character education. Muir has taught technical writing at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and holds a certificate in distance learning design from the University of Washington.

Gail Bray holds a Master in Education from Antioch University in Seattle. She has taught at preschool, middle school, and high school levels in the areas of drama, reading and language arts, and social studies. Gail has a passion for teaching and always goes above and beyond in her search for engaging curriculum for her classes. As an experienced actress Gail also stresses the creative in her interaction with students, for example in her work with collaborative groups on topics ranging from the Holocaust to the Civil Rights movement. Gail has been involved with Look Both Ways in exploring Internet safety issues for the last year and brings both her insights into these topics and her passion for teaching to this instructor team.
